No data collection by the app
Banana Fire! works offline. The app does not transmit personal data to us or integrated third parties. It contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, user accounts or in-app purchases.
Storage on your device
The app only saves your high score, highest unlocked level, music preference and sound-effect preference locally on your device. These values support gameplay and are not accessible to us. The game does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or photo library.
These values remain until you delete the app. Offloading the app can retain its data. Device or iCloud backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings; we cannot access those backups and you may need to manage them separately.
Apple and the App Store
Apple handles downloads, updates and system diagnostics you may enable according to its own policies. These processes are separate from data collection by Banana Fire! See Apple’s privacy policy for details.
Contact and support
If you contact us, we process your email address, message and voluntary details to respond. For requests concerning use of the app, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). We delete these details when your enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage. Providing support information is voluntary; without a contact address we cannot reply.
Your rights
Where we process personal data, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, subject to its conditions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. The authority in Schleswig-Holstein is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein.
Changes
We update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The website has a separate privacy policy.
