Provider and scope

These notes complement the terms governing Banana Fire! for iPhone and iPad. The game currently contains no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Licence and Apple terms

Use is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA), subject to mandatory applicable law. This page does not replace the Apple EULA. Apple’s applicable terms also govern use of the App Store.

Gameplay and local data

Banana Fire! is a single-player skill game. High scores, unlocked levels and audio settings are stored locally. The app offers no dedicated cloud sync or account. Deleting the app may remove these values. See the app privacy policy for details.

Requirements and support

The app requires iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later and a compatible device. Changes and updates may be supplied through the App Store. Support: info@nordicdatahub.de.

Statutory rights

Mandatory consumer rights and statutory liability rules remain unaffected. These notes do not restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
