Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Your IP address must be transmitted to the server to deliver a page. IONOS also processes requested files, access time, browser, operating system, device type and, where supplied, the referring page. According to IONOS’s web hosting information, visitor IP addresses are anonymised in logs and log data is stored for eight weeks.

This processing supports secure, stable website delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Connections to the published website use HTTPS encryption.

Cookies, fonts and external content

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no local storage. It embeds no analytics or advertising scripts, external font services, maps or social-media widgets. Fonts come from your device and images from our own web space. We do not create personal user profiles. Hosting logs are described above.

Email contact

If you contact us, we process your email address, message and voluntary details to respond. For requests concerning use of the app, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). We delete these details when your enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage. Providing support information is voluntary; without a contact address we cannot reply.

External links

Links to Apple, IONOS and other information pages only open when you follow them. The destination provider then processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Where we process personal data, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, subject to its conditions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. The authority in Schleswig-Holstein is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein.
